Senna running adaptive spellthiefs should mean Urgot can run Steraks

I'm not entirely happy that Riot has given huge allowances for Senna to change the nuances of an item simply so fulfill a class identity for a very unique champion...

That being the case, it appears that Riot will continue going down this avenue, which I suppose isn't a terrible thing, it will certainly spice up the game a lot. My argument then is, if Riot does this with Senna, then it would follow that a rather unique class fantasy in the form of should get the same treatment. Right now he is restricted from purchasing which would be huge in his class identity as a juggernaut. It cannot be purchased though because he is ranged.

Can Urgot get an item exception in turn if Senna can?
