According to stats from this site http://champion.gg/champion/Kayle/Jungle

Jungle kayle has really hard times nowadays. During 4 last patches, her win ratio dropped from 54% to 50% and her pick ratio decreased 10 times from 5% to 0.5%. Ban ratio has decreased a lot as well, and right now the champion is played (in 5.19 patch) only in 65% by people who have at least 15+ ranked games with her.

According to what riot said http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/guzFPiRE-so-is-kayle-getting-reverts-now?comment=0003 they didnt want to nerf her even further, but instead they completely destroyed her role in the jungle. Is that serious to nerf already nerfed champion that got performance decrease after first nerf and nerf her heavy again? According to lolking.net she is already 11 at the pick ratio on the bottom.

Maybe the champion provides a lot of power when get feed, but outside of that, we have a useless crap that cannot compete with any other champion, if she has no items or the enemy is ahread, you already losed the game, because how horribly item dependant the champion is. All what she has is her scaling, nothing at all. Nobody plays her for a reason, and i recommend for you riot to test her out in normal games on your own skin. So you will notice how badly this champion is in need of any kind of rework. You cannot compromise a fighter and support giving it only scaling without any decent CC or base stuff. Fighters has good base abilities, support are not different, and kayle has nothing, but support and fighter kit without any aspects from those, that has no place in this game at all.

Kayle can do it? Do it on your own and show it to me, thx cya.

I don't understand . . . her win rate dropped from 54% to 50%. Were the changes not, well, working-as-intended?
