Can we make Irelia ride around on her swords?

When Characters like zed or Lucian move at high speeds, they get the airplane arms. I think that's a pretty cool mechanic

Any chance Irelia could have something similar, where she floats around on her blades while moving at either a)Highspeeds B)Out of combat, or C) Both? It would compliment her taunt where she surfboards on her swords.

I think it would be really fun.
