Why did they even rework his AP stacking mechanic in the first place ? Even sneezing grants him AP now. His E is purely ridiculous and can take take HALF of the lane in ARAM. He doesn't even need to build AP anymore since he can reach 300 AP stacks with no effort

First they need to nerf Kog and normalize champ damage on turrets because having 3-5 ADCs is disgustingly broken just because of how fast they kill turrets.
