this games balance is pretty bad.....

This is the start of every single season.

And then by the end of the season the game will somehow be in a pretty good place; but then next preseason comes and Riot fucks it all up again.

Endless cycle.

They have to balance the most popular pc game in the world across multiple reigons that all have different metagames; please give them a break.

There is room for improvement, but this is much more balance than most of the popular games. In hearthstone, for example, Dr Boom was like taking Chamille, adding attack range ('cause we need variety at adc!), doubling her damage, then not changing it for years insisting she is balanced, while she is a stable in any comp she can remotely fit into.....
