Zac's passive is fairly weak
I don't remember the last time I saw it respawn him. What if his blobs moved faster as they got closer together? Or how about he spawns more blobs the higher his max HP is?

Fizz's passive is 4-14 less damage from enemy basic attacks only.
Sejuani's passive is just bonus armor when attacking.
Zac's passive has plenty of uses and is definitely one of the more exciting passives in the game.

Yeah, there are definitely worse passives, but at least those champions's passives are reliable. Zac's is really only reliable in the early game. Free stats may be boring, but they're certainly more useful than a revive passive that only works 10% of the time.
