Can we shift some of Katarina's power late game?
Hey everyone, I'm a dedicated Katarina one trick and just wanted to give my thoughts on changes that I feel should be made to katarina. If you look at champion.gg page http://champion.gg/champion/Katarina/Middle, Katarina has a relatively high win rate early game, 52% between the first 25 minutes. But then her win rate tanks as the game progresses.
Katarina's issue right now is that she has ton of damage but mostly dies before she can actually get it off. She has to play around her daggers but her w dagger takes too long to drop late game, resulting in most adc's
being able to kill her before she gets her combo off. I'm assuming her high winrate early game is also due to the fact that she stomps laning phase, and people surrender before she begins to fall off.
In order to fix this issue with Kat, I think she needs to lose damage in her daggers, but in return the drop speed needs to be increased, (on her w). Right now it takes 1.25 seconds to drop, which is pretty long late game. I feel it should be dropped to 1 second but in return we nerf her ratios on the dagger, from what it is currently, 0.55/0.7/0.8/1.0 to .5/.6/.7/.85.
Doing this, helps Katarina's laners as well as her enemies late game so that she doesn't completely melt their health bar if she is able to pick up a dagger, but also gives katarina a quicker window to be able to pick up daggers in team fights. I think these changes would make her less frustrating for the enemy as well as more fair to play as.

mid for the very reason that if nothing else, if for whatever reason I can't bully her early (which I should be able to), I know I can out-tank, disrupt, and kill her late game every time she dares to come in the middle of my team.
