Is Sion OP right now?

I believe Camille is the most broken right now. But Sion is definitely good. Problem is that bruisers like Sion have the most expensive build of all the roles, so they need to snowball quite heavily in the early game, or they will be useless. Good if you're a diamond+ player climbing through silver for instance. Not good if you're a silver player hardstuck. Consistency is key. If you can't consistently carry early to mid game, you can't consistently climb in solo queue with Sion.

Thing about League is in my opinion the huge viability gap when it comes to skill. Sion may be viable in someone who is slightly better than someone he is not viable on. It all comes down to small differences in gameplay that adds up to huge score differences.
