I honestly don't like how Sejuani's new E works.

I've only played and fought against her once so I'm not exactly experienced enough to give a great observation. But I want to talk about it.

Sejuani's E has a rather low cooldown in activation that is held back by needing 4 stacks and has individual cooldowns for everyone else so she doesn't freeze the same person twice in a row. Kinda like how Braum's stun works.

Unlike Braum's stun however, her melee allies can apply it (from a decent range mind you. It's not exactly crazy but it's basically frontline teamfight perfect) and if she hits her stunned target with an Auto attack she bursts them for a rather large amount of damage (this is what she clears big monster camps with). She can also apply two stacks with her new W (which is an ability I actually kinda like in practice).

My issue: this makes her single target stuns and single target damage output incredibly reliable, which makes her feel somewhat oppressive to fight against. You cannot dodge her stun, you do not want to fight her enough to proc her stun (or maybe you want her to use it early. Idk, there doesn't seem to be a time limit for her stacks if she keeps hitting you without using her stun so she could save it) and it if you want to kit her you need to make sure you avoid her AA on top of her W so you don't get stunned.

I know her old ult could straight up win teamfights, but her new stun just feels really nuts to fight against. With how reliable it is, she's going to see a lot of play compared to the table who lost reliability.

If I'm rambling I apologize. Point is that I think she's going to be too oppressive because of how reliable she is on top of that single target damage. That's all I'm really bothered about, well that and her passive. But her passive has clearer and easier to apply counterplay (poke).

The stun? Not sure.

I feel like her passive damage is overall a larger issue than her E. It's the part that actually seems oppressive to me. The stun feels about appropriate on a tank, but the nuke after as well as the fact that her allies can apply it so free just feel like way too much to me.

It is actually possible to avoid a Sejuani's AAs since she's not really the stickiest champ and doesn't have a great AS. The problem is more that avoiding an Irelia's AAs is completely impossible.

I'd argue that just avoiding AA's are annoying because they cannot miss unless blinded or using dodge.

The passive damage is really just too high. I would honestly be fine with her passive granting bonus damage to monsters because it's her clearing tool now.

the rework is salvageable if you just trim off her teammate dependence and possibly her passive's damage, though she had much higher % damage with her old W overall.

she is very unfair when it comes to her early ganks with a melee ally though, and arguably the same in teamfights mid to late.
