Slightly buffing Shyvana's E and her ability to kill drakes is completely useless if you are gutting her ability to farm up to actually do things by reducing jungle experience in the same patch.
Oh, level 2 spam gankers are too good? Well let's make that the only viable playstyle, shall we?

You do realize she is going to level 3 Drake, right?
They didn't just buff her to Drake damage. They also buffed her on E % Damage by 75%.
She is going to shred Drakes with just

P.S. The jungle nerf affects almost all junglers equally, except perhaps Rengar, Kha Zix, and Lee Sin, who rely on getting in Champ fights early more than killing camps.
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Shyvana a counterjungler before she's ever a ganker? Don't her buffs only help her more with doing that? Won't enemy junglers be just as low-leveled/even lower than Shyv as well?
Also correct me if I'm wrong but don't jungle creeps still give bonus exp if you're the lowest level on your team? I don't see how that nerfs any other non-aggro junglers. They should be fine as well and will play around level spikes.
So let me get this straight:
Boards: "Riot gutted powerfarming and only level 2 gankers are viable now"
LS: "So now Riot buffed power farming"
If I'll have to chose one side, I'll side with LS for the simple reason that's he's a guy who coaches pros and challengers, so I think he knows his stuff better than the boards.
Shyvy need some serious buffs, or revert that huge rework/nerf they did last time :(
