Do you guys think Braum's ultimate should apply stacks of concussive blows to all enemies hit? I just noticed that that it doesn't for some reason, and was wondering if that could possibly help him, since his q doesn't do a terribly high amount of damage, and it only hits one target.
You'd basically turn him into a Kennen ult with less aoe.
His Q scales on bonus HP and is a strong slow, its ridiculously strong hence why it only hits 1 target and is minion blocked. Compare to Blitz or Ez Q passing through minions...
They tested this before he was on PBE prior to his release and it was deemed much too strong.

That would be too strong. Keep in mind that Braum is a support. Don't forget the fact that concussive blows will be applied by ally basic attacks. Your team pretty much gets free attacks off when you ult anyway. In a way, stacking your passive off of your ult could work against you too. If you were to apply the last stack with your ult then the stun would be wasted because of the knockup.
