If Kalista's Q kills the target, it grabs all rend stacks on that target then pushes it onto the next person
If it kills that next person again, it adds it all up and places onto the next.
The nuclear bomb effect is when you use Runaan to build up stacks on all 6 minions then use Pierce to grab all 2030 stacks on minions to instantly pop Rend at level 7 to deal 10001500 instant damage

I see what you mean, but it is not possible for this to happen in a regular game, unless there was time spent setting it up. Way more than enough time for the enemy to walk away from the 1 position that the Q would hit them.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesVery true, but the problem is hitting them enough for a spear to kill them, and get them back in a line. You'll probably get 3 if you're lucky because even if all 6 were up and in a line (after somehow stacking rend on them), the spear doesn't have that much range.

Your Q would need to do enough damage to kill the strongest link. all while the enemy ADC is at the exact end of the minion line.
