What is your way to improve your mechanics

Hey, so I actully think that my personal mechanics are pretty meh poor xD So what is your best way to learn the mechanics of new champs? Right now I just hop into normals. Also I do have a few problems with Orianna and Katarina even tho I absoluteley love playin them. Do u have any special tipps for them ( I've already read a pretty detailed guide on both of them ) TY :) Telenus

Edit Btw is that the correct board? It seems logical to me but I'm not sure

mechanics in league are about non-existant. knowledge of your champions capabilities is everything. that little bit of mechanics you need will come with knowledge and experience. just play your champs alot, think about them and you will improve.

I play 1v1 vs a intermediate ziggs. He has skill shots to dodge. An auto attack buff for you to avoid. He pushes the wave so you can't just last hit in lane. He has a small hit box compared to most champions. I try to get as much cs as possible. 3 kills and take his tower by 10 minutes without backing.
