Another Complaint About Singed's Passive.

So its been 3 years since riot have said they will "rework" singed's passive. Many riot dev's have left and well singed hasnt seen any love since the added the laugh to his flip (honestly best feature of singed) the mr per level and percent health damage to his flip. (oh and the goo flip) Singed mains not building a single mana item and just rushing sunfire cape, zzrot portal and rylias has to be a sign that his passive is useless to them, the amount of hp you get from mana is crappy (100 mana for 25 health) like jesus you get 250 hp for a fully stacked seraphs id rather buy a rylias and get all those stats straight up and also have an awesome slow. Will singed's passive be changed soon? or will it be forgotten riot? I'm pretty sure 3 years is enough time to think of a crazy passive for singed and well in that time ALOT of champions have been released so yea no excuses now riot. Riot you need to go back to the old school champions everyone knows and loves and improve them please rather than making all these new ones
