Maokai's passive is bugged and sometimes does not count his own spell casts towards the passive.

Basicly sometimes maokai's own Q and E doesn't add towards his passive count this bug can make or break his lane phase and sometimes even the late game. It is not just me other people in the sub reddit r/maokaimains have had this happen to them.
