Riot Skins on Hextech?
Im like most of the singed/nasus players and are wanting to know if the riot skin set is avaliable via hextech crafting? Im on the oce server and want too know before i waste like $50 on this just to find out you can get them.

The only skins you can't get are limited skins, they literally made a list saying exactly which skins were excluded from the crafting system's loot table.
i'm pretty sure i saw a player unlock riot Nasus skin from a chest.
