Why do champs get to build all tank and still do full damage?

Damage outscales durability.

Unsurprisingly, this applies to base damage and base durability too.

I'm confused... is this a stereotypical nerf tanks thread, or a stereotypical nerf Lee Sin thread?

I'm sure lee Sin, in that case has warrior and black cleaver, in which case not being built full tank

Hey man, the counter to those were real tanks that, yes, did damage as well, but also brought the CC to lock them down. Now they've been nerfed out of the meta by request. Why play a tank when you can play a fighter?

I hardly ever have an issue with Lee when im playing support..... Unless my adc is dense or they are camping, but later in the game hes np.

I suppose you meant "one combo". Also by "targets" you meant "squishy that didnt build any resistance nor HP" ? It reduces a lot the number of targets a lee sin can actually "almost" one combo then.
