So lee is getting a buff while hec is getting a nerf.....?
Don't say lee is useless late game because to get to late game there is a start and mid game where he dominates, and games usually end in 30 min now so rarely is there ever a late game.
Funny how we don't see lee sin for half of the summer split then automatically he is getting a buff while 
is rarely played all year round but he is getting a nerf after 4 matches this whole lcs year?
