Is Ultimate Bravery against the Summoners Code?
Like say you do it but play and try to win with the build generated.
Would it count as trolling?

Forcing strangers on your team to put up with your terrible build is kinda a dick move, yeah.
trolling is if what you do does not aim towards winning the game. in blind-pick normals i would say, no matter what you build if you try to win, its not trolling. in ranked or even draft, i'd report you for it.
What are you even talking about? I'm curious.
In normals or ranked without being in a premade 5 team? Probably. If you're with friends or in custom (or even a bot match really), then it would be fine.
As for specifics, I think it would be covered under either "Support your team" or "Enjoy yourself, but not at anyone else's expense". The idea of Ultimate Bravery isn't to try off-meta builds or roles or playstyles. It's deliberately having builds that are (very likely) not good for your champ. It's intentionally putting you, and therefore you team, at a disadvantage, and therefore conflicts with both those 2 parts of the code.
If you're playing with a team that knows and supports that you will be doing that (i.e. a premade 5 or a custom match), then it wouldn't be breaking those parts of the code.
I personally dont care what people build as long as they know what they are doing. If you are trying to win then by all means do as you will, if you are just feeding and building crap to end the game faster is trolling.
Hell I often do crazy stuff like Raka ADC, I did AD Ahri once(Actually works really damn well, I would suggest trying it tbh, charm doesnt really care about damage, Q is sustain/minor poke/waveclear, ult is gapcloser/escape, only foxfire is garbage but isnt a big deal)
Heck I have seen 6 RoA Viegar before. He was a beast since he had nearly unlimited mana, insane AP(Each gives 80, not really something to scoff at 500ap plus his stacking anyways.) And was tanky of all things, people don't expect Viegar to have much health, so seeing him have almost 4k hp people shit themselves when he could eat damage for days and still blow you up in each combo. People stopped focusing him and well....the instakill champ did his job pretty damn well when people stopped trying to kill him.
As long as you are trying to win, go for it. I would suggest sticking to normals though. Ranked even if trying to win its still trolling, people go there to be serious not goof off.
yes because you're basically playing bad just for have fun but your teammates aren't having fun so they got the right of report you for things like intentional feeding or trolling.
Don't use the "it's just a normal" argument,no one likes to waste 20 minutes because one person want to just play bad or whatever.
