PSA: Do not pick Sivir or Nocturne into Ezreal, GP, or any other Klepto user

There is a "bug" where Klepto consumes your spell shield, allowing their entire Q through.

"Bug" in quotes because I believe it is technically working as intended; as of patch 7.19, spell shields only block a single ability.

Still, I think it should block all effects applied by a single ability, not just one of them.

Sivir didnt spellshield in time. I slowed down the video and used frequent pausing and the bullet had hit sivir before the spellshield was used.
