I'm kinda confused with Abyssal Scepter because I would build that item for it's MR mixed with AP and CD. Now that they removed the AP, does this mean it's an item focused for

Edge o Night and Bork are 2 seperate items and while one is OP on Some ADC's Edge of Night isn't even all that powerful. Point few right over your head there as to why this new one is OP too.
