which makes the passive on his W completely wasted...
can this passive be scrapped for some base stat boosts? like give him a normal movement speed of 340 and maybe some better health scaling? his is one of the worst in the game.
to put it in perspective teemo has more base health then him at lvl 18 and has 5 more movement speed Plus his W

and lets be honest his shrooms are waaay more toxic then morde's shield and on another note EVERY melee champ has scaling mr and waay more hp at lvl 18.
to give you an example.
gets to have close to 2.3 k base health at lvl 18
has 2.4 k at lvl 18
has 1.7~8 k at lvl 18 which means just to cut even with alistar he needs to buy a frikken warmogs.
