Should Mordekaiser be given the Sion treatment?

As drastic as it is, I think he needs it. What to build on him is even more unclear than what you used to build on Sion. His passive scales with health. His Q scales AP and AD Ratios, but only the AD Ratio scales with level. His W scales off of AP, which is his only sustain unless you buy spell vamp, which is hard to do because spell vamp items are mainly AP, and he needs both. His E scales well with AP and AD, but it shields you more if you build health, and his R scales only with AP, but it's the highest scaling % of maximum health ability in the game. So overall, his passive encourages you to build health, his Q is AD and AP, with AD doing more than AP once you level it a few times, his W is AP, his E is AD, AP, AND health, and his R is AP. I'd like to have him atleast back to his old self before the rework, but Riot seems to not like that, so I think the best thing to do would be scrap everything he has currently and make it all new, like they did with Sion. What do you think?

This is what should have been done in the first place. Everything about this rework feels rushed as fuck, and it feels like there was a huge lack of foresight on just how this new iteration would affect bot lane. There was a huge uproar on PBE about it, which was totally ignored. When all is said and done, Morde was a low risk rework here. Riot had nothing to be afraid of when all of us morde mains are a very small minority. If it were Lee Sin, that would be soooooooooo risk

Mordekaiser is garbage unless you go cookie cutter botlane And get lucky and have a proper support. Morde is only really good in the most niche situation.
