What would you say is the average self mitigated damage?

If you were to look in the post game stats screen there is a stat called self mitigated damage (damage you avoided through your own means. like armor/MR and if my memory is correct your own shields on yourself) looking at the graphs I saw that i had nearly double our 's putting me at nearly 110K. so was simply wondering how high it is for your tank games. though for me that was basically 4 champions cause 20/5/12 did 13K true damage on me alone....
