so they increased his q mana cost by 60/52/52/41/37% depending on level while giving him that aditional 33% of dmg to creeps, so hecarim wiill love to gank you, and clear for a long time

i get that this might be hard to make the horse a good champ, but i feel like riot is literaly beating the dead horse here
