Juggernaut Naut anyone ?

This was a big thing when new dawn trailer got out

And i still think that "THE TITAN OF THE DEPTHS" Is not someone who throws water splashes around

Since Riotrepertoir already proven to best out the rest of riot in couple days ... maybe he will think about it sometime Naut is a juggernaut by theme ... since juggernauts are a thing now ... maybe we could get some some love for him

The gameplay that sion represents could fit naut really good ... since both of them are big hulk like giants who maul thing with big tools

EDIT: The thing that i need to put here because people seem to not get what i mean im not asking to buff his damage output ... with his current kit that would be as ridiculous as you assuming i want it i would like his kit to be better adjusted to fit his theme also he could use a minor update on his model so he would look like he is fat

aaargh. please stop.

juggernaut is just some name they came up with for those 4 champions that they thought were in need of changes. what defines them is low mobility, being exceptionally tanky, while their job is to destroy the enemy team with a load of damage.

does naut fit either of those attributes? no, the only thing he has in common with them is that hes tanky. but he neither has low mobility with his spiderman hooks, nor does he have little cc or range, nor is it his job to charge into the enemy team deal a crapton of damage, and score pentakills.

like they do this one thing and people start calling every tank "juggernaut" and want them to rework perfectly fine champions.

naut is meant to be slow ... actualy he rocks one of the lowest base ms in the game naut is meant to be durable naut looks like he is meant to whack you hard ... but an anchor bigger than sions axe deals no damage

because hes loaded through the roof with cc. something these 4 champions dont have to this extend. nauts job is to tank. engage, peel, pin down one or more targets with his passive, hook, ult and slow on his e.

hes supposed to be threatening because hes incredibly disrupting. his hook and his ult also have some notable range.

This.

It's not only notable it's almost unavoidable with its seemingly huge land area and incredibly fast launch. Something like this really ought to be the same or scale-down from Thresh's hook casting speed for the counterplay. The whole animation could be improved, too!

No, I like him as he is right now.

tldr: hes fine as he is besides rylais devaluing all slows

nauts hook in no way makes him a "high mobility" champ. And compared to most tanks, hes meh. And stock slows are a waste of space, due to rylais giving basic abilities much more utility; morgana soil for example has decent cast range decent aoe lasts way longer and does more damage; AND will still slow.

maybe not high mobility. but he does get around pretty well with his hooks. but the champions they reworked have little to no ranged abilities, little cc if they do even have any (morde), and are supposed to deal a crapton of damage in melee range.

naut is simply just a cc tank.

i agree completely i dont think he should be a damage dealer at all, i feel as his kit is made to work with being in the middle of fights and tanking while getting off cc

but the thing is that im not speaking about kit but the theme of the champion

Nautilus has much more tank characteristics. He has a lot of CC. He has the tools to reliably gapclose and engage which the juggernauts lack. He also isn't nearly as threatening in terms of damage output when compared to the new juggernauts.

The only thing he has going for him is JuggerNautilus :p But other then a pun, I don't see Nautilus a good fit for the juggernaut theme vs his current tank theme.

He's already the king of CC. He doesn't need more damage to fit with a theme he doesn't even use.
