Whats with all those ashe recently?

She just got an awesome new skin, she's currently sitting at a very high win rate, and she's gotten a lot more attention in the LCS because of how much utility her kit brings. Plus she's 450 IP, so basically everyone owns her.

It's possibly because of her new Project skin

She got a new skin and she's very good as an adc at the moment.

She's a really well rounded champ; Really easy to pick up - and is useful through all parts of the game. Not to mention late game ulting someone, and killing them before the stun is over - is neat.

She's pretty damn strong, Rito and I seem to think that shes a tad too strong as their looking for nerfs soon probably, and she got a new skin.
