[POLL] Should Ashe's passive work on minions or not?

I REALLY hate it when I fully charge Focus right before last-hitting a minion, and then all that wind-up time is lost. Or when I have it fully charged and don't want to use it on a minion, forcing me to NOT LAST-HIT. That is straight-up frustrating, and your opponent can capitalize on it.

I suggest this:

Keep Focus the same as it is on live EXCEPT for one thing: You cannot crit minions with it. Attacking them still delays the charge-up, but you don't waste it if you shoot a minion when fully-charged.

This would make the passive MUCH better, IMO. I mean, why would you ever want to blow that crit on a minion? Better last-hitting? Learn to do it normally. Killing a cannon minion? That is not worth it to give your opponent more advantage on engaging you.

Please, Riot? Just do this and Ashe will be dandy. Otherwise, give me one good reason why she should crit a minion instead of a lane opponent.
