How does Riot feel about the weird ER>pickaxe>zeal item>daggers>finish IE Kai'sa build?

It seems... uhhh... very unintuitive and possibly unintended. And if it really ends up being one of the best builds for the champion, eating slot efficiency like that seems like it's only a bad thing for the champion's powerlevel.

(For those unfamiliar, the idea is to rush q evolve then rush enough stats for E evolve then finish IE)

Well theyre doing an ornn btw over buffing...

All she needed was an AA range ... what do they do? give her more range and more .. lol

    Attack Range up 500->525 
    -Q Range up 575->600 
    -E Cast time down 1.5-0.75->1.2-0.6 
    -E MS up 40-60%->55-75%

i dont get it.... certain champs they buff or nerf slightly ... new champs they over nerf or over buff and its like why lol
