Released or rework.

All of these slows are almost as bad as the mobility creep.

Okay, I'll give you that one. But the point still stands that most champions have slows for no reason and would not miss their removal. Like Kalista, Azir, Soraka, Zed, Lee Sin, etc.

No. His Q has a 25% slow on it which he does not need.

Not every range champion needs to be able to kite melees that don't have Lee Sin level of mobility.

WW doesn't have 75 range to give up.

But hey, we need another champion that is a complete "fuck you" to melees without mobility. It's not like we have Ahri Anivia Ashe Ezreal Janna Kalista Lissandra Quinn Vayne Zed

If it makes you feel better, I would be willing to undo the range nerfs if the slow was removed.

Granted, I'm not on the balance team, but if I become in charge of it...
