I have a lot of mid laners, but a good majority of them are "all or nothing" laners. I have lissandra and I'm pretty decent at her but I want to know who the safest mid laner is right now. I will list my mid laners is asked :D
Any of them. Just sit in fountain. I've found it to be the safest place on the map as long as you make sure it's your fountain and not the enemy's.

Someone who has decent waveclear while remaining mobile. Orianna comes to mind, with her shield and speedup. Syndra is also good, since she's got CC in her kit; It makes her less susceptible to ganks. In fact, I would argue that Syndra is the safest right now, even above Lux, since she doesn't have to stop moving in order to set up her CC.
