Is Elise and Evelynn good for mid lane?

I know what you junglers are going to say, and I'm sorry but I think that they would also be good for mid lane too do to their potential damage as ad/ap champs. I mean Evelynn's ap/ad damage isn't the greatest which is why she is only good for jungling but I feel as though Elise's damage would be good for mid lane at least as well. And is there a website that I can "build" champs? like for items builds?

Never played Elise , But I assure you Evelynn absolutely can Mid! :D

I've played Mid Eve quite a bit in my time, proper use of hate spike lets you farm and harass pretty well pre 6! And while making good use of her stealth takes some getting used to, The level of Mind f**kery you can pull off is bonkers! I've had Zed's throwing they're Q at nothing, Azir's launching they're soldiers at empty space!; and some times I wasn't even in lane! :P

Here's one cool trick it took me a while to figure out! Begin to port out and make sure your opponent sees you, After you turn invisible break the port by walking! They'll think your back at base and let they're guard down! You can get a really greasy kill! And they will think twice about weather you're "Really" gone for the rest of the lane! :D

Good Matches : Azir Akali Ekko Karthus Katarina Malzahar Zed

Bad matches : Cassiopeia Fizz Lux Talon

Tell Jungle to Camp, You're USLESS!!! : Annie Heimerdinger

I can't say too much on Evelynn, but personally I think Elise is a bit of an awkward fit for mid. She doesn't really have the range to harass in mid because Volatile Spiderling doesn't go past minions and most everyone will outrange your Neurotoxin. You could use her but you'll basically only be able to touch people after you land a Cocoon and go for the all-in. And it can be difficult to find the angle for Cocoon in a laning situation, which is part of why she's normally a jungler.

I think top is much better for Elise than mid because in that lane you will generally be able to actually harass with Neurotoxin while still having decent kill pressure when you land a Cocoon.

But hey, try her in both lanes. It could always work :)

Evelynn is actually a super good laner against some champs, mostly the assassins who don't get their power spike until level 6 but will still try and kill you early. I haven't tried it since the Q nerf, but pre-nerf you could start Q and have ridiculously fast early wave clear. Since Q auto-targets the lowest hp minion in range, CS was also very easy.

So against these: Akali Diana Fiora Irelia Fizz Katarina Talon you start Q and align yourself so it pokes them when they're in melee range to CS. You get a lot of early damage this way, but they'll back off pretty quickly and pop some pots.

At that point, back off the wave so you don't push too hard. Just last-hit with AA until they come into range, then Q them. Do this until level 2 or 3. Take Q, E, E, W, then max Q asap. If they're around 60% or lower, make it obvious that you're leaving lane by running up river to your lane that's doing the worst. This can potentially cause top or bot to ease up slightly expecting a gank.

Run into the island bush in the river until stealth, then run back and gank your own lane. Usually they'll be pushed up slightly or at middle. Go behind them from their turret jg entrance, E, then Q spam and Ignite/Flash for the kill if necessary. It's absurdly easy against melee assassins.

From there, check for guaranteed ganks or assists. If there aren't any, stay in lane and AA last-hit. Go back to buy after you see what your laner built. If they built MR, proceed to rank E first and buy a item 3057 . If they built armor, buy a item 1058 or start your void staff. If they're an AP threat, start your Abyssal. If they're an AD threat, start your Armguard.

The easy part is getting kills. The hard part is managing your wave and having the self control to not roam for kills too much or overextend out of snowball greed. If you roam too much, you will put yourself at a level disadvantage. If you stay in lane and clear mostly with Q, you will be pushed up the whole lane.

Another thing to be careful of is not taking the mid turret too soon, which is very easy to do with a big early gold and power advantage. You need time to farm to get a level advantage in lane and let your teammates get in their farm (unless your entire comp is totally weighted to early/mid game). You're also encouraging enemy lanes to roam, and you'll end up dead or another lane will be steamrolled.

A lot of these assassins getting shut down early forces them to roam, so be sure to follow. Most of the time you can intercept them or at least keep vision on the way to side lanes and team up on them. If they do stay in lane, and you have managed your wave, keep killing them until 6. At that point, farm with Q as conservatively as you can until you've built some armor/resist to survive their burst and increase your R shield.

Another strat is in top lane against champs like Garen Nasus Tryndamere Singed . Basically your strat is to harass them as often as you can with Q, and they will eventually try to engage you with a slow and chase. Save your W for this and let them chase, spamming Q the whole way. After a few seconds, they'll realize they're dying and reverse direction, but they have a lot of lane to run down. Follow immediately and keep spamming Q. E if in range. Flash to E if it's the only way to get the kill, and it's guaranteed. You hard counter Nasus and Singed. There is nothing they can do to you as long as you rush boots. Shove their turret asap, watch mid and bot, and clear their jungle when they're dead.

Elise used to be a top tier top lane pick. She has great chase and % damage so did well against bruisers and has sustain.

I mean it's possible. But laning with Evelynn got so weak after her passive nerf so she couldn't go in range of people and find an opening

The problem with playing Eve mid isn't her damage or scaling, the problem is that her passive is useless while she is in lane. Yes she has potential for fantastic roams but while you are in lane csing there is no pressure of you randomly showing up somewhere. You pretty much don't have a passive unless you are roaming, that's why she is played in the jungle because until she shows up to gank she has constant pressure of just showing up behind you out of nowhere.

I can't say much about Eve other than the nerfs won't help, but Elise is a different story. With her stun and slight damage buff, Elise is basically good anywhere except bot now. You land a stun before 5.14, you don't do much because you miss out on part of your combo and your jungler can't get there in time to add extra cc unless they blow a summoner. Now though with the extra .6 stun duration along with the increased AP ratio on her spiderlings, going full ap elise could actually be very possible, though top is a way better place for her due to her tank shred/early gank potential.

tl:dr Can't say anything about Eve, but with Elise's buffs she could probably go top/mid with good success now. (As long as you get early pressure of course)

People might get angry, but I think she's a tad, "TAD", overbuffed. She has a 52% winrate WITH the amount of people playing her as well.

Lel I saw, so I might be getting a lot of RP soon over 50$, would it worth to buy her and give her a go? I mean I see her in a few matches that my friends do and they say she's insane. But now my question is..is there a up to date website that I can use to create champion builds?

Eve used to be a mid laner, Elise used to be played top and I think occasionally mid. I don't know too much about either, but I think Mid Eve revolved more around how well she could roam and make plays around the map, instead of just crushing her own lane (a bit like TF). Elise has some pretty high early mana costs, which I think was what changed her from a laner to a jungler; you can probably still play around this with smart spell usage and a flask/mana pots/etc.

In Elise's current state, I would say she could definitely go mid. Her E now is 1.6 seconds at level 1, so you can afford to level W-->Q or Q-->W based on your preference without losing out on stun duration you would have otherwise, while still maximizing your burst potential. For lane Elise, I like to level W first for the waveclear, but if you are looking to be more assassin-style, leveling Q first will give you more overall damage in all-ins. Mana sustain might be a little bit of an issue early in the game, but I can see Elise in lane right now; however, that's mostly because she's kinda OP atm.

Eve could probably lane as well, but with recent nerfs and her being super short range, I feel like she would struggle a lot. You really miss out on a lot of her power I feel as well as her stealth is really what makes her so strong, but I'm sure someone can give you more insight on how it works because I'm not brave enough to try it :P. Top lane might be best for her as there are more melee matchups, but I still feel like she would have a lot of trouble.
