What happened to toning down damage? Still no plans on the PBE.

Just curious for how long this depressing oneshot fiesta will drag on.

No, the Ignite power shift and rune changes weren't enough. Combined with the turret changes they helped reducing snowball a bit, which is good, however, as the game goes on you still instantly die by one rotation from most champs or in any outnumbered situation.

There are some major flaws in terms of general gameplay, strategy or just.. trying to have fun ever since season 8 and they all boil down to damage being too high.

We got promised ways to tone down overall damage in 9.4. What's the deal? All I see is.. Zed buffs. Fun.

They don't want to reduce damage. Simple as. If they wanted to, both tank runes wouldn't be damage dealing (i know guardian exists but that's useless outside support/ivern/nunu jg)

I don't even know if teamfights are longer than preseason 8 when people started to complain about damage creep (oh it was when runes were changed who would have thought)

I wish they would lower it. Even as a Hecarim main who cheeses the 1 hit KO build, I could diversify my played champs if they lowered damage substantially.
