Serious Question About Perfect Timing

So, .. I don't have much of an issue with Minion Dematerializer taking up an inventory slot for 3 minutes. That means you can start using it on the 5th minion wave, not a huge deal. I probably won't even have all 5 other slots used by the time this becomes active.

But, ... why do I need to have a Stopwatch sitting dormant in my inventory for 10 FREAKING MINUTES!

You can absolutely rush Zhonya's Hourglass , Gargoyle Stoneplate or Guardian Angel before 10 minutes, .. If you wanted really wanted to .. and you can't even cash in the dormant Stopwatch until 10 minutes.

Why not treat it like Magical Footwear and drop it in my inventory AT 10 minutes so I can have that item slot before hand to purchase item components, OR at least let me use it to complete an item if it is still dormant?

Personally, I would prefer the prior option.... Just give it to me at 10 minutes. If I decide to complete the item beforehand, I can still have the bonus stasis or I can just sell it.
