Does anyone feel that the nerf they did to it was impactful? Do people even try to go for it still? I haven't seen anyone scream for rift herald nearly as much as an air drag. Thing is, i don't exactly know how i feel about it. But i haven't seen much change in terms of prioritization. It almost feels like its just... there.

Issue is it takes 2 or more people to commit to it for the benefit of 1 person when all the other objectives help the team or set the enemy team behind
I am Pacman1 votesIf you have the time and opportunity then try and get it for your splitpusher. It makes their job way easier.
Also air dragon is better than water pretty much anytime after laning phase. Some minor exceptions (both teams are poke comps) but otherwise the movespeed trumps regen.
