Is there a way to self-cast instantly, without alt?

For example with lissandra Instead of having to press alt then R to self cast it, would there be a way to say bind a key that would allow me to press it instead to selfcast?

I.e i bind self cast R to L Then whenever i press L i would ult myself instead of having to rely on Alt Q,W,E,R Is this or anything else similar possible?
