Fiddlestick W heals off separate ratio

Elise rework so she can be better at diving

Wukong could use a slight rework

Lissandra rework to her passive

Reduce Galio's base 40% damage reduction, increase magic resist scalings, revert some nerfs

Graves W reduced CD all ranks

Syndra R rework

Veigar is kinda weird... Maybe lower CD on Q but lower damage, he can stack faster? W CD decrease.

Poppy W blocks all dashes

Ezreal W damage buff, E damage buff / lower damage range

Lucian +2 armor, +1 magic resist (He's the only lane bully that really falls off because of his short range)

Karma Q slow increase, E movement speed buff duration increase, W AP ratio increase

Tahm Kench R CD decrease, E %health restore increase

how much easier is it supposed to get for her?

she can already turret dive with double buffs at lvl 2 or 3 because she can drop turret aggro at will.

but remember, this Reworks could be risky and take long time to do. So I think most of them are already in some kind of state or are on a list of Reworks. 47% doesn't mean that he is totally useless (Azir , Ivern , Ryze , ORNN!!)

i didn't say anysh*t about other... cause i don't look at other champ. But i otp Wu and i look at his stat often.

I think he need a rework cause he's too binary either u OS either u are the OSshotted.... Honestly i could write a big text... but this post resume my though
