Lucian Buff..?
Since there are so many small buffs on the PBE, why not add some range onto his aa?

R0XTAR1 votesWould you really call 20 extra damage on his level 5 Q that you can get at level 10 a buff? It just doesn't seem like it made him any more viable against harder ADC's like Vayne, who still outrange and outplay him mechanically.
LostFr0st1 votesThey also buffed the lethality items recently, which will impact him. Adding range to an AD isn't a light-handed matter, it would heavily impact every single one of his close matchups. There's a good reason they reduced his AA range many patches ago.
