Is any champ still using Presence of Mind?

It's still a very good rune imo, and I still use it for . While the old Presence of Mind was very strong on Anivia with Tear, this version is still pretty good to. Though I'll admit that it's a bit of a hit to her (and some other mages) lane phase mana management but it does make up for it in the mid/late game. Also Presence of mind is very very good in ARAM though, so if you like ARAM and you are playing anyone who has mana problems, its a very good rune for that.

Kassadin? Mages because of the mana restore?

It's a decent rune. Some peeps on the boards claim X rune or Y rune is dead but they were never meant to be as powerful or impactful as Keystone runes.

Only good on mages now.

Even though Katarina doesnt use mana you can stack it with her passive to get 10 percent cd on ultimate and -15 seconds PER kill.
