Riot knows about this Quinn bug, but does nothing!

When Quinn uses her ultimate, the cooldown doesn't start cycling until AFTER you use the Skystrike effect. For instance, if you stay as Valor for the full 20 seconds, it basically adds 20 seconds to the cooldown. OUCH.

This really discourages using Quinn's ultimate for roaming, and only encourages people to ditch Valor as quick as possible for that execution attack. REALLY BAD GAMEPLAY.

And Riot knows about this. But do they fix it? Nope! THEY DON'T CARE!

that's not technically a bug, thats just really shitty functionality

also I'd really like a source on that "they know but they don't fix it because Quinn players are a repressed minority!" thing

Detailed bug reports on this have been posted several times already. There's no way they can be ignorant to it, but their lack of action on it shows they don't care.

ITS NOT AN ACTUAL BUG

A BUG IS UNINTENDED

AS SHITTY AS IT IS, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT SUGGESTS THAT THIS ISN'T INTENDED FUNCTIONALITY

Then they need to change their intentions on it. Quinn already sucks, so unless they have a damn good reason not to give her this improvement, I say they need to make it happen.

And if the functionality is intentional, Riot is obligated to come forth and say so.

are you sure this is a bug? it could be design philosophy

Crappy philosophy in this case, if you ask me.
