Lets list all the things that might be terrible about the new ranked system.

I'll start off.

Dodging secondary/autofilled games before it doesn't hurt or main roles LP OR because the loss in LP is smaller than wasting 40 minutes getting LP for a role you don't give two shits about.

Trading in game with lower ELO people to a carry role to stomp. IE "Hey I'm plat 4 ADC, silver 3 adc swap with me for an easy carry." Plat 4 guy gets easy win splash LP, people that don't deserve a carry get one for free. This does bad things to MMR.

People that play Sup/Fill or Fill get dicked over and have to play 3-4x as many games to climb. Considering in the first couple seasons of this game required you to know 4 roles to get anywhere in ranked this is just a slap in the face to OG players.

40 fricken games just to finish placements. I mean there are people that don't play many more ranked games in a season. That's pretty redic. I mean considering champ select time, load time, queue time, dodges, and remakes that around 28-30 hours of gameplay JUST to place. Working peeps might get in 6 hours of play a week... Considering "most" of your games will be primary/secondary there are going to be people over half way through this season who haven't even finished their placements..... If this isn't even more of a reason to dodge autofill games I don't know what is.

40 games to place, is this for real? That is truly ridiculous.

And what galaxy did you pull this fabulation from.

Fill players have "splash" LP to all roles. Riot explained this already, in a blog post on the FRONT PAGE.

Your comments clearly show you haven't bothered to read anything about the system or watch any of the vids about it.

If you lose/dodge too many games in a certain role, each additional loss/dodge in that role will splash even more. So if you try to int a lot of support games, you will splash so much LP into the other roles that at one point you may even lose more due to splash than you would lose in a normal loss in that role (they didn't talk about a splash cap for those situation, so that assumption is safe to be made).

If you swap too many games, they will simply tie the positions you swap to, making it so that when you get autofilled there and don't want to swap, you're in lot of trouble, especially in that example you made.

Fill players will get a bonus for splashing, so them winning games will make them climb just a bit slower than someone who gets to play only 1 role.

I strongly dislike these changes and this whole change is catering to one tricks. They changes are so gimmicky and unneeded. If you are X rank, you should be expected to at least know how to survive in other roles at X rank. That's not saying that if you're a diamond top main and you get bot that you should be able to solo carry as adc or even win, just that you should at least not feed on repeat, and know how to still contribute to your team.

Is there still a single Solo Que rank like now? I really don't want to rank up multiple fucking roles... it ruins all credibility of earning that rank...Especially when I just click the "Fill" option as my role and have 2 champions per role that I 1 trick. THAT is skill.

Issue #1 When someone gets autofilled they lose less LP for their main role so will not play 100% may even soft int the game to make it a quick loss.

This means that everyone ELSE on his team that was not autofilled will be losing more games at Full LP loss for their main roles.

Riot said they will watch people for this but if it is more then 2 games that is 2 games more then it should be. They lost less LP them Me and I got my role.

Issue #2

Plat player in Iron-Gold is still a plat player. Does not matter if they are not good at their role, they are better at Macro and that wins games more then kills.

Issue #3 Duo's are going to amplify ALL of the issues.

Issue #4 Boosting is going to be even more of a problem then it currently is.

All of the "flaws" you listed are flaws of autofill or simply false.
