Has anyone stomped Irelia?

If so who'd you use / what did you build? Looking for options for when she slips through the ban phase. Thanks!

Alot counters are skill match-ups against irelia like Yasuo. Most tanks Poppy,Malphite, etc are skill match-ups as well, but in favor of the tanks. Your best bet to win against her though is playing a range abuser (Viktor, Gnar, GP), or Akali, who beats her easily.

Don't do this, Irelia shits on GP and Gnar, not sure about Viktor. I'd recommend juggernauts like Darius and Garen. Darius is a skill matchup in high elo but a counter in low elo. Fiora also works because she can easily parry Irelia's E and Irelia cannot get away from Fiora, so as soon as Fiora has the slightest lead Irelia is done. Riven works too, she can easily dodge irelia's E and bursts as hard as Irelia, though Irelia can win if she has good W timing.

I suck ass with Riven (I really wish I was good with her.....fluid combos looks so sexy!) I do use Fiora though, can't say I've played much against Irelia as Fio though. Does thornmail still work on her?

I get a big cringy smile when I see her picked before me. Taric makes her cry at all stages of the game. Here is a clip of what you do to her early game followed by extreme snowballing and much raging by the Irelia.

You can keep the runes or try out kleptomancy after the changes. I have currently been running Kleptomancy, Magical footwear, Biscuits, Timewarp tonic, Presence of mind, Alacrity, 9 attack speed, 6 AD, 5 armor

poppy makes irelia completely irrelevant so long as you dont let her roam the map. just stack armor and get a freezy fist

Irelia is very weak early levels and has low hp. Anyone in practice should be able to snowball on her. If she outplays you, it's your fault. Later when she has items, she is pretty strong and has the dmg of an assassin while being tanky and mobile, so better fast push, if you are squishy champs comp.

People who either directly counter her or don't require basic attacking which effectively bypasses her ulti's disarm.

Play anyone who can function like that and you'll win. Or at the least never have her fuck with you. Her goal in mind is to just dash around and look cool. but if you gate that from her she'll be too scared to step close and fight.

Just know that sometimes it's not always necessary to fight. Just them being too scared to fight is good enough.

IreliaCarriesU was chatting with Fogged over twitter about Kennen with Phase Rush and how annoying it was. He mentioned that despite landing all the E's Kennen would just stun back and speed off.
