Riven is entirely snowball reliant to not be completely useless, if she gets shut down in lane it's like playing a 4v5, Her itemization is very weak at the moment, which impacts her early game and delays her power spike by quite a bit. She is very squishy so getting CCed in team fights leads to her getting blown up before she can do anything, she has a lot of very hard counters that are in the meta at the moment.
She also has had a win rate below 50% for the entire preseason.

She isnt op because all her dashes are extremely short ranged, and her damage comes completely from her melee range

go play yas vs riven since you're so fucking retarded and say he does more damage and is tankier.
Go play Riven and realize you arent good.

These are the ones on the top of my head.

ReshiKillim3 votesSinged has more mobility than Riven. Outdamages Riven and bullies her all game long. Does tons of damage to everyone while being a fast tank. Has no cooldown on his OP laughs of doom.

Because every Riven on my team goes 0-7 [slayer-jinx-unamused]
