Is there a sparring group/website/discord/etc.. ?

I'm someone who enjoys the intricacies of laning, and I always lock in one champion so matchup knowledge is really important for me. I'm wondering if there's a place where I can find other top laners and have a friendly spar with them in a custom game to increase my knowledge. This will be especially useful with people who play unpopular champions so you're not completely in the dark when you come across them in ranked.
