It's more rare that I have a Tahm Kench that isn't intentionally eating me to spit me out infront of my opponents than to actually save me, or eating me to make it so i can't last hit the opponents and then they steal it
i want an option to be unable to interact with them when they pick this troll inspired champion, because this is more anti fun than being a 500 range adc against cait right now

Any sort of delay or "do you want to be eaten?" option would delay the consume and possibly result in your death (as a good one eats you to get you out off cc / imminent danger). The 1.5 s delay is to prevent the entree (you) from leaving him earlier than intended due to panic mashing, but makes it so a troll tahm can take you for a ride.
It not really that different from walling people off as anivia / trundle. Yes, its a pain, but there's not way to change it without removing the skill

I agree that we shouldn't act under the assumption that players are going to break the summoner's code or sportsmanlike conduct, but this feature in particular is just too convenient to troll teammates with. Might be difficult, but it'd be nice if there's an icon to turn on/off interaction with this skill, just like turning on/off DJ sona's sharing music feature.

This would be like turning off the ability for Janna to shield you or Soraka to heal you. This is a no. Dealing with trolls is something we all have to deal with from time to time, so chalk it up and move on. Every champion can troll in some way, so there's no point in targeting Kench and invalidating his method of saving your ass.
