Scarra Kennen Smite Top, Pants Morg Smite Mid [Same Game]
Scuttler meta is so cool and definitely doesn't ruin jg or massively constrain the viable jg pool! Now the mid meta is also switching to garbage like Morgana just so they can push and then CC Scuttler for a quick takedown. Shiphtur's doing this too. No one saw this one coming guys. ;) At least we can hit level 6 at 9 minutes though. Very deserved jg nerfs. Must protect bad laners who don't understand jg pathing and die top at 2:45 every game like clockwork.
