Couple of problems with going with the general win rate, as you are here:

1: High skill champions (like Kalista) have lower win rates than they do when played by 1-tricks.

2: You for real put Kindred (a jungler), Quinn (a top laner), and Ezreal (who's mostly been being played in the jungle this patch) in there? Really? Those are not accurate comparisons to say that ADC is busted with.

3: A really small playerbase means a higher win rate. Look at how many people are playing Quinn, Kindred, and Ezreal as bot laners. Hint: not a lot. As such, their win rates are inflated because only mains are playing them.
