They finally get their favorite champion back and what does Riot do? Nerf him right after his change. Now I feel I little bit better for being a Tristana main, at least we don't get trolled like this.

He's in such a weird spot, because anything they do to him seems to result in "make or break". They reduced him to a virtually unplayable state, reverted it, and now he's back in office as a tyrant. I personally think he was more flexible with tuning his pre-rework kit. I don't main him nor play him enough to know the ins and outs though, so I could be wrong.

I want to hear all of his mains chip in and see what they have to offer.

how about rework his point an click 3 second fuck you button into a skillshot or something like WW. like comeon i hate facing that champion mid, its legit rush QSs or become a free kill everytime he has ult an jungler wants to gank the cc is way to long ontop of that you get silence coming out of it. like laning vs him goes he spams space aids on the wave silence to refresh it an keep the wave pushed in, and if you push back he just ults you when the jungler shows up and you die. he is super hard to cc or kill if he has his passive up so he can just walk around for free untill you pop that off first and then he can just wait till it comes back.

You DO realize that he suppresses himself too, right? And if you had respected him he wouldnt even have been able to get you low enough for his ult to execute you? A lot of the people who die to malzahar right now are people who didnt respect him - they LET him harass and then EWR.

If you have that much a problem against him, buy banshees veil and BOOM; problem solved.

Its funny because on champion gg... he has dropped to third highest winrate below Fiddlesticks and Anivia

Edit: Its also a bit sad.

The combination of:

Malzahar mains desperate for old Malzahar

Year of fucked up / weak Malzahar

Pseudo-revert

has resulted in:

Newer players satisfied with a relatively stronger version of Malzahar

and

Nostalgic players sold on this Malzahar feeling like old Malzahar

But thats just it. It only "feels" like him. Its not him.

In other words... This entire mess has created a community that has forgotten that Malzahar was so much more powerful than this current shadow of him. Now... The "relatively" strong pseudo-revert justifies nerfing him and people will accept that... because they've forgotten.

And to that I say "Well played Riot. Well Played"
