How/how long does MMR take to adjust.

I don't understand it.

I'm currently on a giant win streak. I'm playing pretty well, but Also have been ultra lucky and had reliable teamates.

But what I'm worried is the system will think I'm doing too well and start raping my win lp and slaughtering me with losses once I get one again.

I don't understand how it decides you need to be riegned in, or how it decides you deserve your MMR to raise.

Or even how MMR is calculated outside of w/l, in which case mine should be rising pretty good.

The serecy behind the system anoyys me.
