I seem to remember a mastery that decreases active item cooldowns on takedowns. Could someone check if this interacts with the pocket warwick boot enchantment?

As i do not have a PBE account i am not allowed to... Whenever i attempt to create my post over there, i get stuck in an endless loop of perpetually being logged in to my account.

Do you know the exact numbers on the other "stacking on takedown"-masteries too? I never got any numbers or %s on them. As in, how much life steal do you get per takedown, how much attack speed? Sorry for the bother.
